Progress & achievements

Pre-construction activities are progressing to plan. Procurement, design, subcontracting and stakeholder engagement workstreams are all in flight ahead of site mobilisation on 22 June 2026.

  • Procurement arrangements in place for bridge structure works.
  • Detailed Construction Methodology finalised.
  • Concrete mix designs (40 MPa) and shop drawings in preparation.
  • Inspection & Test Plans drafted for piling, abutments, piers and deck.
  • Long-lead materials procurement underway.
  • Embankment fill samples collected from Flat Creek Road source. Samples submitted for compliance testing — results expected end of week / mid-June 2026.
  • Work Health and Safety Plan and Environmental Control Plan finalised and incorporated into the project quality system.
  • Stakeholder engagement pack drafted (public notice + direct stakeholder letters) for Council distribution.
